RFP to Provide Out-o-School Time Services

Proposals Due February 10, 2023, 4:30 PM HST

The Community Engagement Branch at the Hawai‘i Department of Education is soliciting proposals to obtain a vendor list of External Service Partners to provide services to schools, professional development, technical assistance, and specialized support during times when school is not in session--before school, after school, intersessions, and summer. This RFP is meant to supplement the 2021 RFP that resulted in Vendor List E22-06. Being added to the OST Vendor List will make it easier for schools, complexes, complex areas, and state offices to contract organizations to provide out-of-school time services.
